As the popularity of college sports has grown, so has the pressure on college coaches. At every level and in every sport, competition has become more intense.

The coach must find a way to keep a successful program successful, or to raise the performance of a program that needs rebuilding. The coach is responsible for tracking down the right kind of talent to meet the program's short- and long-term goals. The coach must manage the resources available for recruiting, like keeping track of scholarship availability and allocating accordingly, and deciding where to recruit and how to deploy recruiters.

All the while, the coach must juggle practice schedules, game plans, team line-ups, administrative details, questions from the media, and demands from alumni. College coaching is a high-stress, high-risk - and high-gain - career.

Oi can make part of the coach's job easier. We can help identify high school student-athletes that are qualified athletically and academically for specific college and university programs. We are an additional resource - like scouting reports, media accounts, all-state lists and high school rankings - a coach can use to identify high school student-athletes that could fit into their college program.

We can help expand the geographical scope of a program's recruiting efforts and help coaches see what student-athletes might have been overlooked by the traditional methods of recruiting. By working directly with both high school student-athletes and college coaches, Oi can help both find the perfect 'fit'.
